Tutorial Pick for the Month

There are so many new textured techniques coming out but I found this one to be so lovely and informative and something that should not scare most people to try. Key to textured tiers is go with the flow, who will know if there is an imperfection except you! So thank you to Katarzynka for her step by step tutorial showing us how to create her awesome textured cake.

Still again this past month people are still posting their tutorials in blogs section. Please only post your tutorials in the tutorials section. We have different sections for a reason please use the one that is applicable to what you are posting and not in all sections.  Also remember we are a site that does not allow any adult content cakes, so please keep those cakes to your own pages.

Kitchen Talk

Quite often we as bakers get asked for cakes thru many different social media avenues, one of them is Facebook as we all nearly have a FB page specifically just for our cake business if we are selling to customers . Well we are discussing just that issue with Alizeh who had this question for us in the forum section this past month "HELP!! CUSTOMER BLOCKED ME??". Every little bit of help counts in these situation  so if you have any input I am sure we would all appreciate it!
