Flexique Modeling chocolate!

This month we asked another cakes décor member to share their new Favorite thing with us and Mark Degroseilliers was more than excited to share this wonderful new product with us so I hope you will all give it a try and let us know what you think.

I'm a man and I'm lazy  I'll admit it.  If I don't have to make modelling chocolate, I won't.  The issue I normally have with commercial modelling chocolate is that it is too soft (I have hot hands) or it doesn't color well.  That is until I tried the new Flexique modelling chocolate

Now I am not saying it because I am Flexique's first Brand Ambassador & Certified Instructor.  I am saying it because it is the truth!  From the minute I opened the container and the sweet vanilla smell hit me in the face, to the embossed "Flexique" on top, I knew this was quality product.  It was stiiff in the container, but kneaded quite nicely and didn't get too soft.  I used it to make a lifelike rose - from start to finish, it took at most 30 minutes!  It tastes great and colors extremely well with the Artisan Accents gel color I used to tint some yellow for another project.
